Returns & Exchanges



At Ladybug Kisses we understand that sometimes you may change your mind on a purchase item for whatever reason. We offer a 14 day exchange or return policy on full-priced items provided the goods are in their original condition. Item(s) must be returned with proof of purchase (original invoice) within 14 days of receipt of purchase and be unused, unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition with original packaging intact and all original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item has been worn, washed, or has tags removed or packaging damaged.  Please note you are responsible for the safe return of goods and delivery costs for a change of mind return or change of size/colour/style exchange unless the item is faulty (or damaged).

To make a refund or exchange:
Please first contact Ladybug Kisses at sales@ladybugkisses.com.au to advise us of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and we will issue you with a RMA number.

Then return the item/s with proof of purchase and RMA number to:

We recommend you use registered post to return the item(s) and insurance. We will not be responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

If you are exchanging an item, please also include a self-addressed prepaid postage satchel for re-delivery of your exchanged item.

Returns will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding the delivery charge. Alternatively you may wish to have the refund credited to your account for a future purchase.

Please note: Refunds and exchanges are not available on reduced or sales clearance stock so please order with care.

We reserve the right to refuse an item that is damaged by the recipient after delivery or due to the disregard of care or washing instructions.


Faulty or damaged items

All our items are thoroughly checked before packaging and sending. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged when it is received by you please contact Ladybug Kisses at
sales@ladybugkisses.com.au to arrange a replacement item to be sent to you. Ladybug Kisses will be responsible for the delivery charge in this event.  


Tracking your order

All orders are sent by Australia Post and you can track your order by entering your unique tracking number into the
Australia Post Tracking tool at http://auspost.com.au/track/ allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process. If you are concerned your delivery has not yet arrived within a reasonable timeframe please contact us and we will help track it for you.


Out of stock

If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock or unavailable we will contact you immediately to organise an alternative item, place the item on backorder for you, or cancel the order.
